I was disappointed by the bathroom's size. it felt cramped. Also, the air conditioning struggled to cool my room effectively, which made it uncomfortable at night. While the environment has potential, it fell short of expectations overall.

My room was a spacious studio with a kitchen and living space that made my stay comfortable. The neighborhood is quiet, providing beautiful mountain views just outside the window. The staff was friendly and offered to store my bags while I explored nearby attractions.

the staff at residence hoteliere chez aziz are incredibly helpful, offering an attentive breakfast service and even organizing a taxi for us when public transport was unavailable. the charming terrace adds to the lovely experience.

room heating could be improved

It was just a proper fit for an overnight stop in Chefchaouen with good value considering the price charged. The owners were really helpful and even guided me through the cancellation process when I missed my flight, which I appreciated. Make sure to check the parking situation nearby to avoid hassle.
